Christmas Candy Bark
Create this Christmas Candy Bark and be the hero of the next holiday gathering.

This Christmas Candy Bark is called crack because it’s so addictive. It’s seriously yummy and you can customize it with your favorite toppings! The caramelized toffee over crackers provides the perfect sweet & salty combination. It’s simply one of the best barks out there!
Christmas Candy Bark (CRACK)
Saltines (1+ sleeves depending on the size of your cookie sheet)
2 sticks (1 cup) butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Candy/Topping of choice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a jelly roll pan(cookie sheet with little lip around the edge) with cooking spray.
I use a cookie sheet liner instead. Arrange crackers to cover the bottom of the sheet.
My daughter lined the pan and crushed the edge crackers.
Melt butter, add the brown sugar, and then boil for 3 minutes.
Pour over the saltines and put in oven for 5 minutes.
This is what it looked like when it came out. No problem if the crackers move around!

Remove and sprinkle choc chips on top. When chocolate chips look glossy (about 2 minutes) spread the melted chips evenly across the top.
Sprinkle your favorite toppings on top.
I used M&Ms, mini marshmallows, Mint Oreos, Andes Mint Chips, Christmas sprinkles, and crushed candy cane.
This is the first time I made it really minty…and it was divine! None left!!

Put it in the fridge to harden and then brake it apart into uneven pieces.
Doesn’t this look divine?
This is a great Christmas Candy Bark! Hope you are having a good week and thanks so much for sharing with us at Full Plate Thursday!
