My children grew up on Pokémon. My boys watched the show and had cards, and they taught their little sister all about it.

While my husband and I were quite familiar with a lot of pocket monsters, we learned a lot about them when we started playing Pokémon GO.

Now when the neighbor kids come over to play, we understand their conversations about Pokémon.

We had a group of kids over the other day and they asked if we had any Pokémon cards to play with.

Since we only have a few on hand, I was trying to think of ways that the kids can play a Pokémon game without cards.

I came up with this bingo game that features Pokémon from gen 1 and gen 2.

Pokemon Bingo Game Printable

I created this game with Pokémon from both the Kanto and Johto regions. I made four configurations so that players get a bingo at different times.

There are at least two different Pokémon on each card.

This game is easy to set up. Download the game cards (link at bottom of post) and print them out.

I wanted the kids to be able to play this game over and over so I laminated my cards.

The kids can mark off the Pokémon using a dry erase marker (if laminated), small game pieces, or with the Poké ball markers that I included in the download.

I printed my Poké balls on card stock so that they would last longer.

A list of Pokémon within the game are included for the caller to pick from.

The kids really enjoyed playing bingo. This Pokemon bingo game is perfect for play dates, keeping kids entertained at a meeting, or as part of a birthday party.

Instructions

Download the Pokémon Bingo Cards HERE.
Print all 6 pages of the print out on paper or cardstock.
Cut out Pokémon Ball markers.
Optional: Laminate to use again and again.
Play the game!

Notes

Laminate the Pokémon list too. This will allow the caller to cross off the Pokémon as they are called out.

St. Patrick’s Printable Cupcake Toppers

I created these cute printables using St. Patrick’s themed clipart. There are two toppers with a rainbow and two with wording. I printed them, cut out each circle, and taped a long toothpick on the back. They are displayed within green glittery St. Patrick’s hats. Isn’t that cute?

I shared the printable with my friend, Amy. She resized and printed them at 50% to create bottle caps for a hairbow. Isn’t this bow so cute? I love the jeweled circle around the bottle cap. She creates amazing bows! Check out her shop here.

Is your child a Pokémon fan? Show them how much you love them with this Pokémon Valentine’s Day Party. It is fun and easy to put together with these free party printables that come in a heart-shaped Poké Ball.

Pokémon Valentine’s Day Party

I started planning this party by creating the Pokémon party printables. I took a Poké Ball and cut it into a heart shape.

These match the Pokémon Brownie Hearts on a Stick that shared with you last week. I picked out foods that my kids like and that go along with the Pokémon theme.

In addition to the Pokémon Brownie Hearts on a Stick, I created heart window sandwiches and a Poké Ball fruit tray. After I took these photos, I realized that we placed the fruit in the wrong spots in the dip tray. The black line was supposed to go between the banana and strawberries like pictured in this post.

Our little party also included Pikachu juice boxes and melon.

The Pokémon party decorations include a variety of hearts. There is a large Poké Heart that I used to decorate the front of the brownie heart display. Medium sized Poké Ball Hearts are strung with pink hearts to form a Valentine garland.

Mini Poké Hearts are attached to toothpicks to form food picks. These also make cute cupcake toppers. The mini hearts were also added to the Pikachu Juice Box printables. Those adorable Pikachu make me smile!

Football Snack Stadium

Host an epic football party with this Football Snack Stadium.

With the playoffs almost over, it’s time for the championship game. Are you hosting a party this year? If so, then you need to make this Football Snack Stadium. It’s easy to make and you can fill it with whatever snack foods you want.

This stadium is created using white foam board. I sketched out a pattern on graph paper to create a pattern for the foam board. The pattern was drawn onto the foam board. Then I used a box cutter and large straight edge to cut the board into pieces.

It is held together with white utility tape. It went together quickly and was easy to make. The stadium can be saved and used over and over each year.

DIY Football Snack Stadium

This year’s stadium is filled with a variety of snacks. The football field has mini cupcakes in two colors to represent the team players.

Stadium sides were divided to hold regular and cheese popcorn. End zones are full of colorful Skittles candy.

I hand dipped pretzels in team color candy melts covered with sprinkles and placed them in two of the corners. The other corners held beef sticks and cheese sticks.

The stadium is a great centerpiece for a party table. I have mine on top of a football field table cover.

It is flanked by a football pizza, peanuts in football glasses, water bottles with football labels, and chips & dip in a football tray. You can find directions to make the football pizza here. Football decor printables can be found here.
