Today I have another easy low carb snack. My hubby created this one. We call it Goateroni Bites.
2 easy ingredients: Pepperoni Slices and Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese
We happen to get ours at Aldi.
Just spread a little goat cheese on the pepperoni.
It has a pepperoni pizza taste to it. My family can’t get enough!
