I’ve posted this recipe before but I didn’t have a photo and I’ve altered the recipe a little bit.
Low Carb Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 ounce can mushrooms
bag of shredded Italian Blend Cheese
Chop the chicken into bite size pieces. Mix the tomato & Italian seasoning. Mix in mushrooms & chicken. Stir in some of the cheese and top with the rest. The original recipe says to microwave it, but we baked it at 350 for 35+ mins. We like our cheese nice & crispy!
