We had a wonderful dinner tonight and even though I don’t have great photos, I had to share it right away!!
Butternut Squash Ham Bake
Peel and cube the butternut squash. Put them in a casserole dish and toss with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix in the spices of choice (I used Trader Joe’s Everyday Seasoning) and some minced garlic. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Stir in some cubed ham. Bake at 375 degrees for an hour or until it’s the crispness you like.
