My most popular post of all time is my Mockafoni and Cheese. It’s a low carb macaroni and cheese made with cauliflower instead of pasta. We eat it often at home and take it to gatherings and it disappears quickly! I recently started adding bacon to it.
I love the saltiness that the bacon adds to the recipe. In fact, it’s enough where I don’t add any extra salt at all.
