I’m still on the low carb bandwagon, but I struggle with snacks. I don’t want the same thing day after day, so I need some inspiration! I just noticed that Aldi had some Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese that only had 4 grams of carbs per ounce. I thought it would go great with celery.
Yes, the cranberry is sweetened. Sometimes you just need a little sugar! I used a half ounce for the 2 pieces of celery.
It was fantastic!! The combination of cranberry and cinnamon was great.
This would be a perfect party snack! I want more now!!
