What? It’s a mega-giveaway event where one grand prize winner will get an American Girl Doll (of choice) and a collection of clothes & items for that doll.
When? Sign-ups to participate go from now until October 11th. The giveaway itself will run October 28th through November 20th.
Who? Doll Crafters & Bloggers
Why? It’s a great way to bring a whole new audience to your shop/blog/social media and gain new fans/followers/likes.
How? You can participate by donating handcrafted items for American Girl Dolls or buying into the giveaway.
All money collected from event participation will go toward purchasing the doll & extras. I will be putting money in myself! Participation means that links to your site (shop, blog, and/or social media) will appear in the giveaway and people will need to like/follow/favorite to enter. That will bring a lot of traffic to your shop/blog/social media. Think about all the people who would LOVE to win a doll & wardrobe just in time for the holidays! Moms, grandmas, doll lovers, etc!! I myself would do as many entries as possible to win something like this.
There are 3 levels of buy-in:
Co-Host Sponsor and Link. Details & pricing can be found at the sign up link below. Co-host spots are FILLED! People will be listed on the giveaway in the order they sign up.
While not required, participants are encouraged to promote the giveaway. I recommend that you promote via Facebook, your shop/blog or other social media. I will have a giveaway graphic available for promoting via Pinterest once it’s live. The more sharing, the more entries, the more traffic, the move likes/follows/favs/sales. It’s a win-win for all involved!
